The accommodation

Nice townhouse in an urbanization of 23 houses and 7000 m2 of garden overlooking the golf course "Sancti Petri Hills Golf" and 12 minutes walk from the best beach in Spain "La Barrosa", the Urbanization has private security with continuous patrol and parking space inside for a car. The house has air conditioning (hot and cold) in rooms and living room. On the ground floor of the house and as you can see in the photographs there is a large single dining room with a porch of 12 m2, kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, fridge and small appliances), toilet (shower with screen ) and clothesline. On the upper floor there are 2 toilets one in the master bedroom (the 2 with shower with screen). The master bedroom overlooks the goal field, is spacious and with two 180x200 articulated beds and visco-elastic mattresses, the other rooms can accommodate 3 (room with terrace) and 2 people, the beds are 190x200 wide and the mattresses are quality. All rooms have fitted wardrobes plus a small storage room in the living room. In the house you can also have an iron and ironing board, hairdryer, hair iron and scale. And finally
in the living room there is a wood cassette with hot air outlet to the upper floor
