Casa Su Flamingo is located in via Lussu, a street parallel to via del Mare. The structure enjoys an enviable position: it is a few steps from the nightlife of the centre, the shops and the Simius beach, but guarantees tranquility and privacy.
We want to offer you an unforgettable experience, in a large apartment of over 100 m2 between internal and external areas which can comfortably accommodate 6 people and is composed of:
a very bright living room with open space kitchen equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed;
1 spacious double bedroom with 4-door wardrobe, bedside tables and chest of drawers;
1 bedroom with double bed and wardrobe;
2 bathrooms with shower, bidet and vertical loading washing machine;
pergola with very bright and airy equipped panoramic terrace;
small private patio at the back used as a relaxation corner.
The house is equipped with independent air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms to combat the heat even on the hottest summer days.
All windows are equipped with anti-intrusion grills (keys are supplied on request) and in the sleeping area they are equipped with mosquito nets.
The property is well organized to meet a wide range of needs:
it develops on a single level and the outdoor spaces are designed to accommodate families with children;
It is equipped with a garage for cars up to 5 meters long which is also well suited to storing more than 2 motor vehicles. If this is not enough, there is free parking available exactly in front of the property;
the most enchanting beaches of southern Sardinia are close at hand so explorers can wander from dawn to dusk;
the privacy guaranteed by the position and the furnishings allows couples to carve out the privacy they most desire.
the outdoor furnishings allow you to experience both romantic and private moments and pleasant moments in the company of friends and relatives.
IUN P5575 Entering through a condominium gate and climbing just two short flights of stairs (we are sorry but we do not have a lift), you enter the property through a private gate for exclusive use. As soon as you enter you can admire the splendid view of the town and the hills from the large terrace.
The outdoor space is large, well-kept and well-equipped: in the morning you can have the best breakfasts of your holidays directly in the airy living room equipped with large windows or sit on the terrace to catch the first warm rays of the sun. And if you want to be pampered from the early morning, a few steps from the house there is the LA PERLA bar which we recommend for its delicious pastry delicacies and more.
In the evening, however, you can choose between a refreshing aperitif in the numerous venues in the town and reachable with a 100 meter walk or the exclusivity of an aperitif for a few intimate friends on the brand new equipped terrace.
The entire outdoor area is equipped with a lighting system to allow you to spend wonderful evenings with family or friends after cooking on the barbecue or ordering a catering delivery
Whether you want to prepare your usual dishes or try your hand at some local recipes, in the new kitchen you have at your disposal a very large fridge with freezer, various types of pots and pans, a classic electric oven, a microwave oven and a table with 6 comfortable seats.
you will want to take advantage of the strategic position of the house, you can take a walk in the center and taste the malloreddus or cullurgiones from Sa Tankitta or take a trip to the port to taste the specialties of the very friendly Mario's La Cala restaurant... in this case we allow ourselves to recommend the use of a rental car or bike to be used in complete safety on the cycle path. You can also reach the market or all the other services offered by the town on foot.
