The accommodation

Pleasant Chalet located in the mountain sector of the Las Tres Calas urbanization and just 5 minutes from the sea.
Built on one floor, it has a cozy dining room with fireplace and sofa bed. Fully equipped independent kitchen (oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, various utensils...), 3 double bedrooms, of which 2 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds and a recently renovated bathroom with a bathtub.
The strong point of this villa is located outside, as it has a large 600m fully fenced garden, with a large barbecue area, porch and privacy in the pool area (4 x 8) and with closed access for the safety of the smallest ones.
The villa has air conditioning in 2 bedrooms, security bars on windows and free Wi-Fi

Setting

The house is located in the pleasant maritime urbanization of Las Tres Calas
In it, you can find a small shopping center with bakery service, supermarket, pharmacy, bars and restaurants.
Taste some of the typical recipes at the BAMBALINA Bar-Restaurant, where you can have a good time, enjoying the nightly shows (live music), while the little ones have a great time in the nice children's area with park, soccer courts with basketball courts and petanque grounds that is a few meters.
Located just 4km from the charming fishing village of L'AMETLLA DE MAR. An increasingly popular destination, where couples and families return year after year to enjoy the atmosphere of this charming town.
The beautiful fishing village is only 5 minutes away by car and offers a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants.
The coastline in this area, is one of the most beautiful and unspoiled of the Mediterranean. We have more than 30 coves to choose between the coastal road of L'Ametlla de Mar and La Almadraba.

A wide variety of activities to do during your stay: jet ski rentals, boats, kayaks, guided excursions to visit the tuna farm with bath included, visits to the oyster park with tasting and much more.
There is also a path called GR-92 for lovers of hiking along the entire coast.
