The accommodation

Spacious and modern semi-detached house with fantastic sea views, located in the urbanization Los Pinos, within the exclusive Las Gaviotas complex, which consists of 10 houses that share a large communal pool of 8 x 16 m and gardens that surround it. Just 2 minutes from the beach by car and about 15 minutes’ walk, although the way back is quite steep, so we recommend using the car.
The house is distributed in 3 levels. At street level, it has the entrance, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor, large living room with windows overlooking the terrace and the great views over the sea, large open kitchen fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, wine cooler, induction cooktop, etc.), a toilet, and the large terrace with pergola, eating area, several sunbeds, ideal to organize lunches and dinners outside and enjoy the views to the sea and the mountains as well as the tranquility of this area.
On the second floor, the master bedroom with a terrace with wonderful views to the sea, bathroom in suite, another 2 double bedrooms and another bathroom.
The whole house is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi. Parking area for 2 or 3 cars inside the plot.
