Luxurious bungalow on the first line of the beach, in the dunes and a cove-type beach. It is ideal for surfers, anglers, families with children and dogs as well as lovers of privacy and high quality.

It consists of a ground floor with easy access for people with reduced mobility or luggage entry, a rear garden with a door to drive several cars inside from the main road, although parking in the line facing the beach is also convenient.

Renovated house with in a beautiful environment at the end of a nice dune that leads to the sea. The bungalow has a lounge with a double sofa bed. An American kitchen fully equipped with fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, micro ceramic plate, oven, etc. One full bathroom and three bedrooms: one with a double bed, another with a bunk bed and the third one that is a big space with a double bunk bed and a lounge with a double sofa bed and TV set.

Maximum occupancy 7 persons in beds plus four persons in the two sofa beds.

The bungalow has also a cradle. Radiant wire heating and air-conditioned in all rooms, internet and two smart TVs. A very comfortable bungalow with electric blinds and tinted and anti-reflective windows.

On the rooftop, there is a wonderful terrace/solarium chill out with panoramic sea views and a barbecue.

Setting

Bungalow with a rooftop on the beachfront of Les Devesses, Denia. Dune and beach at 0 meters, surrounded by a rich ecosystem with abundant vegetation. The beach has fine sand and crystal clear water protected by a breakwater. It is located at km. 11 of the Carretera de Las Marinas, very close to supermarkets, pharmacies and all kinds of services with restaurants for lunch or dinner within walking distance.

Activities and attractions

Denia and its beaches offer all kinds of activities. In the great marina, you can book boat trips and scuba diving or travel by liner to Ibiza and the Balearic islands. In town, you will find restaurants, shops, bars, cultural and leisure activities. In the beaches, sporting activities include fishing, windsurf, kitesurf, voleibol, paddle surf and kayaking.
