Loft apartment, a room with a double bed and a sofa bed. Very bright and airy, fully equipped kitchen, 1 private bathroom, very quiet area, quite close in the area.

Located 3 km from the beach of Pozo Izquierdo (Windsurf) with supermarkets and shops just 5 min walk, near bus stops to travel throughout the geography and the airport.

It is ideal for holidays with family or friends.

Setting

At 50 meters approximately is the Atlantic Shopping Center, with many shops and restaurants.

Every Wednesday, a few meters away, the municipal street market (located on Gamonal Street) is made, ideal for fruit, vegetables, sweets, cheese, bread, clothes, costume jewelery, gifts, etc.

Also in the area you can visit the Zafra Museum (located on the street of La Isla de la Graciosa, 33) where it offers its visitors a guide to the history and tradition of the Canarian culture.

3 kilometers away is Pozo Izquierdo beach (La Punta Tenefe street, 2), it is considered one of the best beaches in the world for windsurfing, important in the PWA world tour, world windsurfing championship that every Year is celebrated in the month of July.

Right next to the Atlantic Shopping Center there are bus stops (we call them guaguas in the islands ;-) and that will communicate you with any part of the island; either capital (Las Palmas de Gran Canaria) or tourist areas (Playa del Inglés, Maspalomas, Mogán ...)
