The accommodation

We offer a building of 18 apartments at 3 minutes from Playa de Gandía, at only 100 metres from the beach, next to the Sailing Club and very close to the University campus.

Our apartments have a balcony with views to the Mediterranean Sea and an outdoor swimming pool and free wifi connection.

Our fully-equipped apartments have two bedrooms, an en-suie bathroom, air conditioning and a private terace with views to the sea. The living area has a double bed sofa, a tv and a kitchen with microwave, fridge and washing machine.

Enjoy Playa de Gandía, one of the best beaches in the Valencia region with more than 5 kilometres of sandy beaches. Playa de Gandía has excellent premises and services and has a blue flag for the good quality of its waters.

Activities and attractions

Discover the historic centre and visit the 15th century palace Palacio de los Borja, a symbolic building in the city. Enjoy its shops; practise a sport such as golf, windsurf or riding a horse; go to the cinema or the theatre and enjoy a night out. Gandía has lots of cultural, leisure and sport activities to offer.
