The accommodation

There are diferent houses Daró 3D in Mas Pinell (Torroella de Montgri) all with 3 bedrooms and a capacity for 6/7 people. Accommodation of 100 m², comfortable and fully equipped, with use of the communal swimming pool and Wifi.

The house is spread over two floors. On the ground floor is the living room with fireplace and exit to the terrace private garden (fenced, with parasol) with garden furniture and barbecue.
The independent kitchen hob is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery / cutlery, utensils, coffee maker, mini pimer (mixer) and toaster.

There is a toilet on this floor.

Upstairs there are two double bedrooms with master bath with shower and a suite (double bed) with bath and a small balcony.

Some houses have a small garage with washing machine and perfect for storing beach items or suitable to park the car. If the garage is not available the washing machine is in the bathroom on the first floor.

However, it is easy to park in front of the house.

Setting

Houses are located between 150 and 450 meters from the beach, in a quiet area in urbanization Mas Pinell.
It is a privileged area of ​​the Costa Brava, located near the towns of Torroella de Montgrí, Pals and L'Estartit.
Mas Pinell is a quiet familiy and residential area, away from the bustle of the town, which has a long sandy beach overlooking the Medes Islands where you will find the peace you are looking for your holiday.
Mas Pinell area is away from the urban core; in peak season,the restaurant/bar is open and you find some beach bars on the beach.
