The accommodation
Villa with private pool located in a beautiful and very quiet area just 6 km from the sea and the beautiful fishing village of L'Ampolla with all its services throughout the year.
Outside the house there is a beautiful garden with a 36m2 pool, barbecue area, terrace with sea views.
The house consists of a living/dining room with open kitchen and access to the terrace and pool. It has three double bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The plot is 1200m2 fenced.

The property is located in the south of the province of Tarragona near the Ebro Delta nature reserve, known for its innumerable flora and fauna and Mediterranean climate.

Activities and attractions
Ampolla is a seaside town with just over 3,000 inhabitants. There are eight beaches, two of which have been awarded the Blue Flag, with a variety of configurations: from sandy beaches with calm, shallow waters to beaches surrounded by reddish cliffs. This landscape mosaic and its Mediterranean climate have made L’Ampolla a quality tourist destination. Furthermore, its location close to the Ebro Delta Natural Park has encouraged ecological tourism. 30 minutes from Port Aventura and the future “Barcelona World” theme parks.
