Holiday rental: great penthouse in Puerto Marino urbanization - Facing the sea and next to the town center. Direct views of the sea from its large terrace.
It is distributed in duplex type with large terrace on the first floor with extraordinary views of the castle of Dénia and the sea.
First floor: with living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower, bedroom with double bed and room with two beds.
2nd floor: with bedroom en suite with large wardrobe and lounge area with sofa and library, bedroom with bunk beds and bathroom.
The kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave, etc.
The terrace is accessed from the living room, from the kitchen and from the double bedroom.
