This "little" paradise located in Cadiz Bay, is ideal for your holidays with your family, friends or for that work event you want to organize with your team.

You will enjoy so much space that you won't have to go out to take some fresh air.

Although of course if you wish you can go for a swim to the golden sandy beach of La Puntilla, which has been awarded with the European blue flag (for the quality and cleanliness of the water), and at only 300 meters from the property.

The house is located in an ideal enclave, in a very quiet urbanization with shops, supermarkets and restaurants at a 5 minutes’ walk.

If you like nature you can stretch your legs in the natural park Dunas de San Antón at only 100 meters, this is the perfect place to go for a walk with Cadiz bay in the background.

From Puerto de Santa Maria you can make excursions to interesting and nearby places like the gorgeous city of Cadiz, the white villages route, Tarifa and kitesurf, the beaches of Zahara and so many other places that make the province of Cadiz a unique place in the world.

In this part of southern Spain the temperatures are enviable all year round and rain is not exactly a problem.

Don’t worry if the heat strikes hard, we have air conditioning.

Inside the house you will find 5 bedrooms where 10 people can sleep, 2 bathrooms with a bath, a toilet, an outside small bathroom with shower, a kitchen equipped with everything you need to forget you are in a rental house, a very spacious lounge with comfortable armchairs and two private terraces.

Bedroom 1 is the main bedroom with a double bed, large wardrobes and plenty of space.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 are also very spacious and have two single beds each.

Bedrooms 4 and 5 are less spacious but with enough space to sleep comfortably and have your clothes in order.

Bedroom 4 has a very comfortable sofa bed for two people.

And bedroom 5 has bunk beds, ideal for the kids to have a great time.

The kitchen is very spacious and bright and is equipped with all the utensils you need to cook:

- Quality casseroles, frying pans and ovenproof dishes
- Enough plates, glasses and cutlery for 10 people
- Oven
- Microwave
- Dishwasher
- Family size refrigerator
- Toaster
- Coffee maker

You will really feel at home since you have everything you need to cook at hand.

The lounge is also very spacious, with two comfortable armchairs, giant TV screen, dining table and enough chairs for everyone.

But I'll bet you'd rather dine out in the garden, with or without candles, in front of the pool.

Bedrooms 1 and 3 have private terraces where you can sit and enjoy the starry sky with a glass of wine in your hand.
