The accommodation
Only 5 minutes walking distance to the beach, restaurants, little shops and supermarkets you find our recently refurbished bright and spacious duplex apartment, equipped with finest finishings and a stylish decoration. A private parking in front of the house, guarantees an easy arrival to the bay of Sa Riera, known as one of the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Brava. For maximum comfort, the duplex is equipped with an efficient aire condition system in the living-and dining area as well as the bedrooms. The property consists of a bright living- and dining room with an open kitchen, directly connected with a furnished terrace with sea and mountain views. On the same floor is located a separate WC. A staircase leads to a mezzanine where you find a comfortable 1.60 m double bed. Another staircase leads to the lower floor, where two double bed rooms and two fully equipped bathrooms are located. The location is very quiet and offers the perfect place for a relaxing holiday in an exclusive environment. Free Wifi is avaible in the whole property.
Our cleaning fee includes premium quality linens and towels for all of our guests.
Starting in this 2020 season, we premiered the newly built community pool, an outdoor infinity pool with sea views and right in front of the apartment (size: 30 m2).
According to decree 60/2017 of 13/2017 about the tax regulation on stays in tourist establishments must be charged: 1 € per person and night (for a maximum of 7 nights) for stays in tourists apartments or houses in Catalonia surrounding areas. This tax must be charged to all persons over 16 years upon their arrival.
Parties or noise are not allowed.

For the loss, damage or improper use of the house keys will reserve the right to charge a minimum replacement / operation cost of € 40.
Please note that it is obligatory for our check-in procedure that all guest identify themselves showing their passport upon arrival. Thank you very much in advance for your collaboration.
Please note that for check-ins before 8:00 a.m. and after 8:00 p.m., we ask for an additional charge of €30, from 22:00 to 24:00 of €50, which is paid directly to our key holders.
