The accommodation

The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is new and decorated design. It can accommodate up to 6 people and a baby as we have a free baby cot upon request. You have a high chair and bed barrier. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, dishwasher too. In one bathroom there is a shower and in the other one you are in the double room bath and bidet.
The terrace is very spacious and individual. Being an eighth floor has very good views of the sea and the mountain.
The living room has air conditioning.
Garage space in underground parking with direct access by elevator included in the price.
In the apartment you have all the amenities for large and small.
There are two televisions, one in the living room and one in the double room. The apartment offers Wi-Fi, a Smart TV in the lounge and free Netflix.

Setting

There are no roads between the building and the sea. You can also choose between sand or grass as parallel to the beach there is an incredible expanse of grass. There's a great family atmosphere.
It is very close to the Mercadona, which you can walk to if you wish.
The apartment is located enough away from the center to be able to choose what you want at all times, tranquility or more atmosphere.
In the area there are many things to visit if what you want to do is a bit of tourism.

Activities and attractions

It is close to the Marina Dor complex, where there is entertainment for everyone. In addition to the amusement parks you can find all kinds of restaurants and shops. And for teenagers there are nightclubs and pubs.
