Cantinho do Cantador - Country House - consists of 2 luxurious houses: one with 1 bedroom and the other with 2 bedrooms. It has registration in Turismo de Portugal with the number: 5467. It is about 250 years old and has been totally restored by the present owners. It maintains the original trait, being a work of contemporary architecture, in a mixture of stone and wood.
The fully equipped kitchens offer guests the freedom to prepare any type of meal, with dishwasher and coffee machine "Dolce Gusto". The living rooms have air conditioning, pellet salamander and LED TV with cable channels. These houses offer the comfort of modern design furniture and lighting as well as all home textiles and the provision of products for the continental breakfast confection.

The Peneda Sanctuary, in the heart of the Peneda Gerês National Park, is a magical place. We can visit this sanctuary and observe the ways of living of the local population. The Serra da Peneda is beautiful and very peculiar because it is a huge rock, where you can climb. For lovers of nature and hiking, here is the invitation to walk Sanctuary above and reach the natural lake, where you will see something to breathe. Beautiful !!!
From August 31 to September 8, Peneda's festivities are held, which are unique and with their strong point on the 4th, 5th and 6th of September. If you like the dances minhotas do not miss, go and enjoy yourself. In the meantime, you can visit the existing taverns and taste some delicacies, as a way to gain strength to endure the night indoors.
Santo António de Val de Poldros is a mild mountain (1143m altitude) that belongs to Riba de Mouro. This is a place with unparalleled beauty. It has a large wind farm. There are many cardenhas, typical of the brandeiros, dating from the twelfth century and these were the beginning of granite architecture. Here we can observe the Cardenha who, according to the historians, started the Casa Minhota. There is a sanctuary where the typical party is held on June 13, if weekend, or the following weekend. We can quench our thirst with pure water and observe fantastic landscapes. In winter, when the weather allows, it is left with a white blanket of snow. Anyone visiting this place, is amazed. The place of Cavenca is the agglomerate that gave origin to the parish of Riba de Mouro. Its people have a way of living and speaking very characteristic, due to their isolation and the distance that separates them from the rest of the parish. This place is surrounded by beautiful landscapes and has in operation the only water mill of the river.
The Pit of Pigodares is a wild place of rare beauty. It is a place on the Rio Mouro where you can observe nature with its fauna and flora in its wild state. Here there are translucent water wells that invite you to take some dives. Along the river bed there are waterfalls, where you can watch the fish and, of course, swim. It is a magical place !!!
The Parish Church of Riba de Mouro is a place to visit for its size and its architecture. It is 500 meters from the Cantinho do Cantador house, being, therefore, a pleasant walk, by foot, through the middle of the parish.
Ponte da Veiga, in the center of the parish is a Romanesque bridge over the Rio Mouro, where the waters are so translucent that they can see the games of the fish. Here you can see a unique vegetation !!!
