It is part of "Las Piedras" group of 14 chalets, around a square and common garden area of private use for the 14 residents.

The private and fenced garden with automatic watering system, in two areas communicated in the own garden: entrance area C/. Roble, with furnished porch and access to the lounge-dining room, and back garden area with pleasant furnished patio with eating and resting area with access to the "Placita", common area Las Piedras.
The living room is situated between the front porch and the back patio.

Ground floor: living-dining room; guest toilet with shower; fully fitted kitchen; bedroom with a 90 cm. bed, wardrobe, window to the garden with en-suite bathroom; laundry area and outside drying area with hot and cold water shower for the sand on the beach.

First floor with Bedroom (1), bed 1,35, study table, 2 wardrobes, Bathroom and Terrace; Bedroom (2) with 2 beds, study table, access to terrace and wardrobe in corridor (both facing outward, to the garden C/. Roble; Bedroom (3) with 2 beds, study, wardrobe facing north to the Patio and Placita common area. Bathroom in corridor for service H 2 and H3.

- It has a common green area in C/. Roble in front of the house, very nice for the view of the trees and very practical for your enjoyment and sport just across the street.
