Composed as follows: living room kitchen with air conditioning, two sofas TV with satellite dish and digital terrestrial sideboard, kitchen equipped with various utensils coffee machine, citrus juicer toaster bread etc. Adjacent to the living room a small room with single bed, total square meters of the room 27. There are two bedrooms:
Double bedroom with wardrobe dresser and mosquito nets, triple bedroom, bunk bed, single bed built-in wardrobe and mosquito nets. Between the bedrooms there is a corridor with air conditioning (extra costs). Bathroom with shower. Private parking space, garden with barbecue and table with outdoor chairs. (iron hairdryer etc well equipped for a holiday). DESCRIPTION OF THE AREA: Beautiful area of Budoni via dei Lidi 62. Ideal for not using the car. The beach (stella marina) is 50 m away and all services maximum 1.5km.
Olbia port and airport 37.4km 25 minutes by car, Budoni center 10 minutes walk with cycle path and pedestrians 1km.
