The accommodation
The urbanization that is located on a hill 800m from the beach (there is also a pedestrian access only 400m from the beach), has a great pool surrounded by lawn and sunbeds with umbrellas and there is also a common barbecue area with great views to the mediterranean sea.
The common pool and barbecue areas are governed by the rules and schedules set by the community of owners.
Lambda is situated at 3 km from the center of Almuñécar.
The urbanization has access to both the National 340 and the Velilla Beach.
The house consist of 2 bedrooms, living room with sofa bed and fireplace, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, garage and a great and cozy terrace-garden. The equipment of the houses includes the sheets, towels, blankets and kitchen towels. TV. Air conditioning for summer and heat pump for winter.
The fireplace can be used without problems but the wood is at an additional cost and must be requested before arrival
At Velilla beach you can taste some exquisite sardines in any of the beach bars that are on the beach, as well as a wide range of bars, restaurants, and cafes.
The Reception Office is located in PASEO DE VELILLA Nº15. Our schedule is from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 17:00 to 20:00. On weekends from 10:00 to 13:00.
TO TAKE INTO ACCOUNT:
-In the winter months electricity consumption is not included in the price. (Only for stays of more than one month).
-The house has stairs so it is not indicated for people with reduced mobility.
Setting
Very quiet environment and at the same time very close to the bustle of the First Beach Line. Also, in that first beach line there are differents establishment as food shops, restaurants...
Activities and attractions
Almuñecar is a seaside tourist town with a very nice old town that you can visit. The beaches of Almuñecar have more than 19 km of coastline, where you can practise differents aquatic sports. The Aquatic Park of Almuñécar are at 1800 m. In addition you can visit several archaeological remains of our Phoenician-Roman past.
Less than 40 'by car we find the cities of Granada (Alhambra) and Málaga (Museo Picasso).
Also very close is the popular region of the Alpujarra Granadina(75km), and nice villages as Nerja (20km).
