The accommodation

Very special and luxurious apartment with only 2 condos per floor for this exclusive 12 floor building.
Best view of the bay and beach with 2 bedrooms , 2 full shower with WC , 20sqm large equipped terrace with the view over the sea and swimming pool and fully equipped marble floor .
Blue , blue and blue is the only color your eyes can see.
Totally remolded in january 2013.
TV satellite , free wifi and private garage.
Optional : bicycles, minibar ans small snacks next door 24h.
Just ask anything !!!

Setting

Sea front with swimming pool over the ocean and beach.
Private elevator and stairs will take you down directly to the swimming pool and beach where "La Gaviota Boat" will take any time to the island spend the day for just few euros.
Walking distance from all kind of commerces , discos, pubs, supermarkets and buses to take you around with no need of car rental.
Best secluded beaches ( some nudist ) in the back of the building for only 5m walk.

Activities and attractions

Levante Beach is the only one in Benidorm to offer any kind of aquatic sports such as water ski, parachute, banana and so on....
Snorkeling down below the apartment with a variety of marine life like octopus, rays, stars and Mediterranean fish.
45m ride bus from the airport with a very comfortable line every hour for only 8.30€
Golf courses about 15m driving.
Many kind of entertainment and thematic parks to spend wonderful time with family.
To be noted ::::: the owners are private pilots and they will be more than glad to take you around for a flight at a minimum cost. See the Mediterranean from above like nobody does !!!

Espectacular

Cuando entras en el piso te quedas sin palabras, las vistas son espectaculares!! No os perdáis los atardeceres ... Su dueña Pikiki es encantadora y el piso es genial,no le falta de nada.La terraza es impresionante y el acceso a la playa y la piscina son una maravilla..Solo puedo decir cosas buenas del piso y de Ángeles (Pikiki).
