Fantastic holiday home to enjoy with family or friends!

It is located in a rural village, very quiet and traditional, in Paredes de Coura.
The house has 6 rooms in total, of which 3 are suites. It has 4 bathrooms with bath and 1 of service.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, extractor hood and coffee maker.
Outside, it has a pleasant sitting area with two tables and a small pool with views of the countryside and the mountain, ideal to enjoy a good afternoon.

Setting

The house is 10 km from the great music festival that takes place between 14 and 17 August 2019 on the fluvial beach of Taboão. During four days you can watch the performance of several bands, mostly alternative rock, that promise a party with great animation in a unique landscape!

A 5-minute drive will also visit the Church of São Pedro de Rubiães, whose first historical reference dates from 1257. It has also been classified as a National Monument since 1913.
