The house is 3 minutes walking from the seaside and near the pineforest: so you can easily cross the pine forest and go to the beach. There are 15 kilometers of pine forest in Cecina where to go on foot or by bike.
In both apartments there are washing machine, TV and everything you need for the kitchen. The center is close and there are shops and services nearby: you can also reach in 15 minutes walking bank, shops, bakers, fishmongers, butchers, pharmacy
