Eco-friendly villa 7 sleeps - Giardino di Limoni - 350 mt from the sea, dipped in 1 hectare of lemons garden, wi-fi, AC, enjoy with our small production of honey, extra virgin olive oil, Nero d’Avola wine.

Our Villa is 350 mt away from sand beach, in Lido di Noto, known as Noto Marina.
Totally autonomous villa, 80 sqm + 40 sqm veranda, independent gate, free parking. Outside extra shower.
The villa is in a very quiet and wide lemons garden. There are 10,000 sqm garden of lemon wood and tropical fruit trees. We have one donkey and some others small animals. Fresh chicken eggs every day.
The garden is watered in summer season, then the property is fresher than the surrounding areas.
Comfortable beds with slats and foam latex mattresses in bedrooms.
Barbecue, satellite TV with international channel, dishwasher, garden furniture, bike. Wood for stove for winter period.
Toys for children, slide, swing, playground, 2x4 mt swimming pool, hammock, Divx DVD player, baby cot and highchair.
A short trekking distance away, along the coast there is Vendicari natural oasis where bathing is allowed. Long stay discounted rate. Boat trips with additional cost in a 10 meters boat in the south-east coast of Sicily, for fishing or snorkeling. Ask for more info.

During your stay you can harvest for free: bio lemons (all year around), oranges, grapes, pomegranate, grapefruit, white mulberry, kaki, plums, apricots. Some tropical fruit: bananas, feijoa, guava, white sapote, mango. Vegetable: tomatoes, aubergines, peppers, lettuce, zucchini and more.

We have a small bio production of honey, extra virgin olive oil and “Nero D’Avola” wine.

Airplane + car from Catania airport: follow the highway for Siracusa, Avola and Noto, take the exit "Noto", continue for Lido di Noto. We are 80 km away from Catania, free highway.
