The accommodation
Duplex located on the 1st line of the beach of San Vicente de la Barquera, all have a furnished terrace. With capacity 4/6 pax,
distributed in: ground floor: open plan kitchen, with kitchen utensils and kitchenware, cutlery, crockery and glassware according to capacity, with refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric water heater, iron, ironing board, coffee maker, blender and utensils basic cleaning, living room with t: v and sofa bed and toilet.
Ground floor: one with a double bed 1.50 mt and the other bedroom with two single beds 0.90 mt and a complete bathroom. Furniture adapted to the occupation places.

Excelente ubicación
La ubicación del apartamento es excelente, apenas 50 m de la playa. El hecho de estar en un lateral en lugar de dar a la calle principal, le otorga tranquilidad. El problema es que la construcción del edificio no tiene insonorizado muy bien los apartamentos y se escuchan las cañerías de los apartamentos colindantes así que te enteras de cuando se duchan, abren el grifo o tiran de la cadena. En cuanto al apartamento, es muy agradable, con un sofá confortable y espacioso, y la cocina tiene menaje suficiente para cocinar, aunque francamente no la usamos más que para el desayuno. Únicamente recomendaría cambiar la alcachofa de la ducha (que es bastante antigua) y los colchones que no son muy cómodos
