The accommodation

This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house located at the beginning of the urban center of Vilobí del Penedés, built in 2007, is a great option for families up to 8 people, excluding babies, who wish to be in this beautiful village of Penedès, with independency, beautiful views and a great comfort standard.

The house is only 300 meters far from Plaça Major (center of Viloví) and 5 km far from Vilafranca del Penedès.

In front of the house there are vineyards and fields and half a km away is the Church of Vallformosa, which was the town's church until the inauguration of the current one in the beginning of 20th century

The house has two levels and has central heating.

On the street level there is a garage (not available for rent) a 14 m2 porch and the kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a bedroom with window to the porch, an office where there is the washing machine, and the large living room that has a cassette fireplace and an exit to the porch with large double glazed door.

On the first floor there are the main bathroom, with full bath and bidet, two large double bedrooms with access to a common terrace, and a very large living room.

The house is fully equipped. The kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, oven and other utensils such as milk warmer, toaster, crockery and cutlery. To his side there is an office with the washing machine and an additional freezer.

The living room has a TV. All bed linen and bath linens are provided.

The price of the house during the general season (most of the year) that depends on the number of nights and people. The advertised price is for up to 6 people, and it is 400, 600, or 1000 € for stays of one week, two weeks or four weeks respectively. In addition to this rent, you have to pay for the water, electricity and diesel services.

If the Internet is desired, it must be requested when reserving the house and paying its cost (€ 1.5 per day for a data consumption of up to 1.3 GB per day, each additional GB must be paid at a rate of € 0.75)

When there are more than six people, the additional cost varies between 10 and 15 euro per additional person and night, depending on the season.

There is a minimum of seven nights to be booked, except at Christmas / New Year that the minimum number of nights is 14. At Christmas / New Year, Easter and Saint Jean there are special prices.

For long stays, of two or more months, special prices apply to negotiate in each case.

When making the reservation an advance of 30% of the total amount is requested and the reservation is only firm upon receipt of this amount. The advance payment is not returned in case of no-show and, in case of early cancellation, it would be only returned (discounted the corresponding bank charges) if the house is effectively rented to another client on the same dates.

There is a deposit of € 300 in cash to cover additional cleaning or small damages that may occur in the house, furniture or appliances and utensils. This deposit is returned at the end of the stay after checking the good condition in which the house is left.

The arrival time is at the client's convenience from 2:00 p.m. and the departure time is at 11:00 a.m. If the effective arrival time is between 22:00 and 08:00 there is a supplement of € 30.

The rent of the house is made in accordance with the provisions of the Urban Leasing Law in force in Spain.
