The accommodation

The apartment is located in a sustainable building, the building envolope is made of classic travertine . Both heating and cooling work with geothermal systems. LED lighting. Hybrid solar thermal-photovoltaic collectors. Aeration is regulated by cross ventilation using the natural sea breeze and motorized venetian blinds for light filtering. Ecological lift without electric grid consumption. Native vegetation.

Setting

The building is located by the main beach of Villajoyosa, close to the town center, a few meters from the marina and restaurants. Through a staircase you reach the town center, ou will find all kinds of services: banks, chemysts, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, ice-creams or a Tourist Information Office whithin less than 5 minutes walking.

Activities and attractions

Villajoyosa has one of the most beautiful old town of the Costa Blanca, with its coloured houses and picturesque streets that lead to the sea.

The beaches and inlets are the main attraction of Villajoyosa: the beach center of fine sand and calm waters and the different coves of small pebble stones, each with its charm, Villajoyosa has beaches for all tastes. At night you can go to any of the Chiringuitos (beach bars from June to September) to have a drink and enjoy the Mediterranean atmosphere.

The chocolate factories (Valor, Chocolates Pérez and Clavileño) can be visited, although you do not have to go to get drunk with the smell of cocoa that invades sometimes the entire town.

At the marina you can start or improve your skills in diving, sailing, paddle surfing and windsurfing. There are companies that organize kayak routes along the coast, canyoning, coastering...

You can also enjoy the local cuisine, rice and fish from the bay.

Benidorm is 5 km from Villajoyosa, with all its amusement parks (Terra Natura, Aqualandia, Terra Mitica ...) other charming nearby towns that deserve a visit are Guadalest and Altea.
