Beautiful studio located 400 meters from La Mata beach!
The property consists of living room with comfortable sofa bed for 2 persons, american kitchen, bathroom and terrace with swimming pool views. Well equipped with modern home appliances including Dolce Gusto coffee machine. There is AC and internet. The urbanisation has a swimming pool with gorgeous green areas.
Setting
Located at 45km south from Alicante, Torrevieja has good connections to Alicante and nearby coastal towns such Orihuela Costa and Benidorm by car or by public transport. There is a direct bus service between Torrevieja and Alicante Airport.
Easiest way to get around the city is by walk and you can find several different cafes, restaurants and shops on almost every street. There is a big marina and a lovely long promenade with lots of restaurants and a few excellent beaches right next to the centre, all within walking distance.
You can also rent a car, but during the peak tourist season (June-September) it can be hard to find parking in the city centre. Taxis are a good option and easy to get. There is also a good bus line connecting the most important parts of Torrevieja.
You can find all the shops and other amenities of the city centre close by, and within walking distance there are also shopping centre Habaneras and large supermarket Carrefour.
Activities and attractions
Costa Blanca is an excellent place for enjoying a relaxing holiday by the beach and the area also offers fabulous opportunities for various outdoor activities from water sports to golf. In fact, some of Europe’s best golf courses are found here. There is so much to do and explore in the area, for example the Castle of Santa Barbara in Alicante with breathtaking views over the city and its beautiful marina is a definite must see! There are also several water parks and other amusement parks in the area, such as Terra Mitica theme park in Benidorm, definitely worth visiting on your holiday, especially if you are with children!

El apartamento está de lujo con todas las comodidades con todo lo que necesitas aunque sea pequeñito para dos personas es suficiente se la alquilé directamente a zariko la inmobiliaria que lo ponía en alquiler y no tuvimos ningún problema si voy por esa zona volveré a repetir 😁
