Villa for rent 4 km from the beach

The accommodation

If you are looking for relaxation this is the place. The house is located in a very quiet residential area known as Alto das Vinhas, with a covered area of 160 m2 and built in a lot of 1000 m2.
The house has all the basic facilities you will need for your holiday and consists of two floors:
Ground floor - An equipped kitchen, a complete bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed, a dining area and a living room (1 double sofa bed).
1st. floor - Two bedrooms (one with double bed and one with two bunk beds for 4 teenagers) a full bathroom and a living room with fireplace with one more sofa bed (max two people)
A swimming pool (not protected for children), outside shower, basketball hoop, porch with barbecue.

Setting

It is near many attractive places to visit and explore like for example Sesimbra (8km), Setúbal (20Km), Troia (27Km), Meco (15Km), Fonte da Telha (31Km), because of the white sand beaches and the blue sea vies. In most of these places you can grab lunch/dinner at an ocean-side restaurant.
For hiking I suggest Azeitão (6Km), with wine tasting at Caves José Maria da Fonseca and Serra da Arrábida Natural Park (11Km) where you will find stunning landscapes and some of Europe’s most beautiful beaches and white sand and turquoise waters backed by greenery and limestone rocks.
Don’t forgetter to visit the capital, Lisbon (30Km) bursting with culture and great places to eat and party – and it's the cheapest city break destination in Western Europe.

Activities and attractions

Enjoy the magnificent beaches of Sesimbra (8 km), Arrábida (13 km), Meco (15 km) and Lagoa de Albufeira (18 km).

If you enjoy water sports you can go sailing, canoeing, surfing, diving, deep sea sport fishing, windsurfing and kite surfing.

If you like to play golf, you have the Quinta do Peru course, just 9 km away.

Visit the Troia Peninsula and Azeitão Village (6km away), known for its 17th and 18th-century old mansions, cheese, sweets, wine cellars and Quinta da Bacalhoa Palace.

In Sesimbra and its surroundings, you can taste in reference restaurants, a very rich gastronomy, where fish and seafood dishes predominate, accompanied by excellent wines and appetizers, famous cheeses, as well as a conventual confectionery of choice.
