Mas Mingu is a magnificent house located in Masos de Pals, a privileged location of Baix Empordà, only 5 minutes from the beach. Recently redecorated with an exquisite taste, with touches of sea and nature. A space of calm, bright and spacious where you will enjoy the calm of the town and the sea.

On the ground floor we find the TV room, two bathrooms and a hall presided over by a billiards table. In the adjoining room we find the practical kitchen open to the large dining room, where there is another TV and a modern fireplace that becomes the protagonist, since it also overlooks the living room next to the dining room. On this floor we also find a double room with bathroom. The stone walls and the accurateand warm lighting make this house a place of peace and tranquility. The house has 7 bedrooms, and has heating and free WIFI in all rooms.

On the first floor there are two double rooms that share a bathroom, a double room and two triple rooms. All of them with bathroom with shower. At the end of the corridor, a kind of secret door leads to an outside room with a bathroom. One of the triple rooms has a terrace with views of Montgrí and the Medes Islands.

The garden is dominated by the pool and the porch, where we find a chill out area with table, barbecue, TV and sunbeds that will delight the hot days. In the garden we also find the ping-pong table, a bathroom, and a table ideal for sitting outside. An ideal place to enjoy the calm in this idyllic setting of Baix Empordà.
