The property is located in the south of the province of Tarragona, near the Ebro Delta nature reserve, known for its innumerable flora and fauna and Mediterranean climate.

Setting

L'Ampolla is a Catalan fishing municipality known for its gastronomy and its fine sandy beaches. Its family atmosphere and the marina make it a tourist destination. There are shops, supermarkets, restaurants, a medical center (CAP), school, train station and other services throughout the year. It is very well connected with access by highway, trains and buses. It is accessed from the National Highway 340 and from the AP7 motorway. You can also arrive by train, whose station is located about 300 meters from the Residential.

Activities and attractions

The Ebro Delta has multiple activities such as bicycle rental, bird observatories, water sports, boat trips ...
The closest beach is about a hundred meters away, but it is worth visiting the beautiful coves of the town, as well as the wild Delta beaches.
The inland area is also interesting for its many medieval towns and castles, such as the Castell de Miravet which is a half-hour drive away and both the town and its castle are worth visiting. Approximately forty kilometers from the Port Aventura amusement park.
