The accommodation
Apartment with a constructed area of 69 m2 and with a living area of 54m2 is distributed in two bedrooms, one bathroom, living room with open kitchen, big terrace with spectacular sea views. It has aluminium windows with double glazing and shutters. It is located on the second floor of a two-story building in a closed residence with a communal pool and barbecue. Apartment has a private parking. The property located in front of the promenade, 100m to the beach and a few minutes’ walk to the town centre where we will find supermarkets, schools, hotels and restaurants and offers leisure activities for the whole family.
Setting
Located in the quiet urbanization of Ampolla Mar at 300 meters. from the beach of l’Arenal, a large sandy beach and very flat, ideal for children.
200 meters away there is a fitness park and playground. In the area there are restaurants, bars and a seafood restaurant (sale and tasting).
The center of L’Ampolla is 1 km away. (supermarket, shops, bars, restaurants, ...).

Ampolla is Luxury Village of just over 3,500 inhabitants, eight beaches are located, two of them with blue flag, of varied configuration: from sandy beaches and calm waters with shallow depth, to beaches surrounded by cliffs of reddish hues. El alojamiento está ubicado en el paseo marítimo. Lugar tranquilo y cerca de todo. Destacar la y esmerada y cuidada limpieza (pocos alojamientos los encuentras así). La persona responsable de entrega de llaves es muy agradable , servicial y puntual. Sin duda un lugar ideal para vacaciones de playa y relax.
