Ground floor apartment located on the Seafront with a covered terrace and a garden of 45m2. Located in a privileged area of COSTA BRAVA, with spectacular views to the sea. The property has great views from where you can see Tossa de Mar lighthouse.
The apartment is fully equipped; it has a kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave & kitchenware. The living room has flat screen TV, DVD , free WI-FI and direct access to the terrace and to the garden.
The apartment has communal parking outside; there is a closed place to store bikes, surfboards with an automatic sliding door with remote control.

Setting

A few meters away there is a very quiet cove ‘’Vigatà’’, within 1400 meters you will find the central beach of Sant Feliu de Guíxols, the market square and town centre. There are other beaches and coves in the municipality like; cala Maset, Sant Pol, la Caleta , Cala Jonca, Cala del peix, Sa Caleta, Cala Ametller, Port Salvi, Platja de Can Dell also there are other beaches and coves in the nearest neighborhoods like in Platja d’Aro, Palamos, Tossa de Mar, etc...

Activities and attractions

There is a daily market for fruit, vegetables and fish and on Sundays there is the typical weekly market. S’Agaró is just 3km away and Platja d’Aro only 5, where you can find all the exclusives shops, restaurants, cinemas, children’s leisure, etc…
Sant Feliu is located in Baix Emporda, between Sant Elm and El Molí de les Forques and its known by its cork industry tradition.
There is a wide range of water activities: you can go sailing, diving, diving tours, boat trips to go fishing, kayaking, windsurfing, water skiing, etc...
For golf lovers there are several courses a few kilometers (4km Golf Costa Brava, Golf d'Aro 6 km, 23 km PGA of Catalonia). It has a large network of trails for hiking or biking. In summer there is the International Festival Porta Ferrada, music, theatre and dance.
