Townhouse of ground floor and two heights. Total built surface 158 m / 2.
Very large ground floor with a lot of diaphanous and 1 double bedroom with bathroom.
First floor with large terrace with awning, living-dining room, toilet, spacious kitchen and storage room (iron, etc).
Second floor with three bedrooms (two doubles and one with two beds), bathroom and terrace that comes from one of the bedrooms overlooking the sea.
Entrance patio, garden and barbecue.
Setting
Very quiet area There are no high buildings, there are only townhouses and villas. Virtually no vehicle traffic (only residents of two short streets).
It is located in the new area of Oliva beach a few meters from the Red Cross and close (about 200 meters from the area of bars and restaurants.
1 kilometer long promenade parallel to the beach (80 meters from the house)
