Fantastic villa
We had a lovely stay at this villa. The shaded terrace was nice and cool and a welcome retreat from the heat. Views from the villa were gorgeous, as was the pool, which was cleaned regularly and was of a good size for us all to swim. There was plenty of seating in all the outdoor areas, in shade and in the sun. The addition of air conditioning units in every room was very welcome. The villa was really clean, and well presented, and the owner showed us round when we arrived. The kitchen was well equipped, although we didn't do much cooking. The surrounding area was extremely quiet which made for a really peaceful and relaxing holiday. The beach was nice but very crowded when we were there (August). Lovely ice creams and pizzas at the bottom of the road, and a handful of friendly restaurants and a well-stocked supermarket in the village centre, a 10 minute walk away. The villa is on a fairly steep road, so perhaps not so suitable for those who have limited mobility. Overall, a really superb and peaceful retreat for a holiday.
