The accommodation
Villa V4, triplex, located in the marginal of the cities of Vila do Conde - Póvoa de Varzim (in the zone of transition of the two cities), with direct view to the marina, sea and beaches, from the balconies as well as the interior spaces.
It has:
* individual entrance with video intercom;
* 1st floor: Fully equipped kitchen (with household appliances, crockery and kitchen utensils, as well as a dishwasher and washing machine, boiler); Dining room and living room (equipped with sofa bed) overlooking the marina / sea. Still a service toilet to support this floor.
* 2nd and 3rd floor: 4 bedrooms with double bed, with cable TV + 2 complete bathrooms.
By floor we have 2 bedrooms with wardrobes and hangers + 1 wc.
Bed linen is provided as well as towels for all rooms and bathrooms.
2 rooms with balcony and sea / sea view.
Wi-fi fiber optic throughout the house.
Setting
Located close to the blue flag beaches of both cities, the Casino and various children's playgrounds, as well as a diverse range of local shops.
Excellent access to the A28 (A11) and A7 (A3) highways, with proximity to the "São Brás" subway station, which allows access to the airport and the city of Porto.
Free outdoor parking in front of the villa.
