The accommodation

The apartment occupies a portion of an old stone farmhouse, located in a hilly position between Campello sul Clitunno and Trevi. The apartment, which has been recently renovated with the utmost attention to detail, is arranged on several levels that follow the natural slope. On the ground floor we have a large tavern with a large fireplace and a sitting area with an adjoining cellar dug into the rock. On the first floor there is the double bedroom with an internal fireplace, a bathroom with shower, a wardrobe and a study with an adjoining second small bathroom. On the second floor, accessible both by internal lift and external stairs, there is the kitchen built by a local craftsman based on the owner's design, a large living room with a breathtaking view of the valley and a second bathroom. All the floors on the first and second floors are in natural oak treated with beeswax. Behind the house there is a large private garden with olive trees and other green plants, equipped with a barbecue and a table for eating outside.
