The accommodation

Beautiful villa (semi-detached house)in the urbanization „Las lomas de Sancti Petri“, in Chiclana de la Frontera (Cadiz, Spain).

The villa is located in Novo Sancti Patri. The urbanization offers three pools (one of them is 100m from the Villa), 2 paddle courses, and great and large green areas. The villa is 700m away from the beach, it is possible to go to the beach by foot.

Ground floor: it has one living / dining room with TV, DVD, which has access to one porch
(30m2) and to one behind terrace. (10m2). There is one fully equipped kitchen, one toilet (washbasin, WC and shower), and one room (it has four comfortable beds- fold away beds that could be easily rolled up in case any of them is not needed).

First floor: there is one master bedroom with one private bath (WC, bathtub, bidet and washbasin), one doppel-bedroom with two 90cm broad beds, which could be setup together or separated) and an additional bath (WC, bathtub, bidet and washbasin).

On the second floor there is a solarium, with blick to the see and the pineforest. The blick is really nice, and in the night one can sit down there and contemplate the beach and the forest.
The living / dinning room and the three bedrooms have air conditioning.

At the porch there is one garden table with capacity for 8 people. The terrace at the back has another wood garden table with four chairs. The terrace at the back is a sunny place ideal to have breakfast.

Setting

Chiclana has beaches to suit every taste, from the typical family beaches like La Barrosa with its wide promenade and full range of services to other quieter ones in closer contact with nature: El Puerco, sheltered by small cliffs and Punta de Piedra. Sancti-Petri Beach is ideal for windsurfing.

Night life is guaranteed in both the town and the urban developments near the beach thanks to the high number of places on offer, as well as the restaurants and beach bars.

The beaches of Chiclana "La Barrosa" and "Sancti Petri", only 7 km away from the town centre they are an important tourist and natural resort.

From both beaches, you can see the Island and Castle of Sancti Petri. It is here, according to legend,where a phoenician temple dedicated to Hercules-Melkart was built.

Activities and attractions

Golf Courses
Chiclana set on this sport with the creation of the golf course Iberostar Novo Sancti Petri , a magnificant 36-Hole Golf Course designed by Severiano Ballesteros, close to the beach and pine woods, with small residential areas which adapt very well to the natural surroundings it represents the origin of a growing offer although the golf course Campano already existed. Today 5 Golf courses exist and attract many golf player.

Novo Sancti Petri two more golf courses with 18 holes, Sancti Petri Hills and La Estancia, besides a municipal Golf Course with 9 holes, Chiclana Family Golf. This wide offer were built respecting the natural environment, a wide and outstanding quality complementing the 12.000 beds of four and five star hotels in Novo and Loma Sancti Petri.

Conil de la Frontera (9 km from the villa) : it is full of foreign tourists (mainly english and german). There is many people who do surf and kiting in its beach. The old town is marvellous, you will find many restaurants, shoppings, and cafes. This village has the character of a little fisher-town, and it is really cool.

San Fernando: very interesting city. It is really nice to take a walk through Calle Real, and to admire the colonial buildings.

Cadiz: marvellous city, is the capital city of the province. Marvellous colonial buildings, beaches, restaurants and shops.

Bolonia (70 km away): it is a roman city. You can visit the roman ruins and then lay on the beach and take a bath. There are a couple of restaurants in the area close to the beach. Highly recommended.

Zahara de los Atunes (60km): beautiful town with narrow alleys. Really nice city full of german and english tourists with a lot of restaurants, cafes and shops.
