It is located about 20 kilometers from Benidorm and 65 km from Alicante Airport. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower bathroom, and a terrace with fantastic sea views. It has air conditioner.

Setting

Building built in 1980 and located in front of the beach of Fossa in Calpe. It was one of the first buildings built on this beach. It has views of the sea and the rock of Ifach.
The building is in the shape of a half circle and consists of 5 portals and 12 floors. Each portal and plant has 4 homes. Each portal has 2 small elevators with a maximum capacity of 4 people. There is possibility to contract WIFI for a reduced cost.
It has a communal area with 3 pools for all ages, sunbathing areas and direct access to the promenade.

It is located next to the Peñón de Ifach. Calpe is a town of marine origin, its temperature is ideal for sun and beach tourism. Its beaches of fine white sand made it a tourist town of great importance
In the area you can do sports activities for leisure and relaxation such as: boat trips with underwater views, diving, bike rides, etc ... You can also enjoy the many services such as restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlors, pubs, nightclubs . The apartment is close to all services.
