The accommodation
Beach apartment in a modern style in the historical and commercial center of Chipiona, very suitable for a relaxing break overlooking the sea. In the historical and commercial center of Chipiona. Second floor apartment (penthouse) in building 6 houses (Residencial La Barca), on the beach near the pier and Playa del Cruz del Mar, and in front of the Puerto Deportivo Pesquero-.
Excellent view of Doñana-Atlantic Guadalquivir, with easy parking in quiet and accessible. In the surroundings you can visit the statue of Rocio Jurado, buy fish of the day in the auction, enjoy the beaches and Cruz Wharf Sea, stroll through the national monument of Corrales Fisheries unique in Spain, located near the parish climb the lighthouse (the highest of Europe), Castle Chipiona, Paseo de las Canteras, in the area ... there are good and varied restaurants and bars on the beach.
From the balcony and lounge offers magnificent summer evenings, watching the always majestic spectacle of the sea. The furniture and decor are modern and chosen. We speak English, French, German and Dutch.

Chipiona not only offers you beautiful beaches, but also some of the most healing waters in Spain, thanks to its high concentration of iodine and plankton. Immerse yourself in these therapeutic waters and feel your body revitalized. Additionally, explore the city's rich cultural heritage by visiting the Chipiona Lighthouse, the tallest in Europe, and the historic Monastery of Regla.
Don’t forget to connect with the essence of the great Rocío Jurado, whose presence still lives on in her hometown.
Oh, and I almost forgot—the Chipiona promenade, just under 3 km, is truly unmatched worldwide.
And of course, you can't miss trying the Moscatel of Chipiona, a sweet and exquisite wine that reflects the character of this region. Perfect to enjoy while watching the sunset from the apartment or as the finishing touch to a special dinner.

You will not be disappointed
The apartment is exceptional, Jolanda has done a great job at making it look and feel like you are at home. The apartment is clean and has all the facilities you would want, it is not large but is very comfortable. Jolanda is also great to deal with and she went out of her way to help us with whatever we needed, including having maps of Chipiona for us when we arrived, finding car parking, pointing out the features of the apartment and accommodating our arrival time which changed as we were in transit. Jolanda speaks English which makes it very easy if you don't speak Spanish. The location is also great, with a sea view, close to the beach as well as to all the shops and restaurants of Chipiona you get to experience a genuine Spanish lifestyle with very little of the "Tourist" hype that you get in the more common tourist destinations. Chipiona is well situated to visit Seville, Jerez, Cadiz, a number of other great beaches and the national parks in the area. I have no hesitation in recommending La Barca Chipiona
Immaculate
La Barca apartments – immaculate, generous in all respects! The flat is generous. You feel at home from the very first seconds, every detail is thought-out for you to have anything you would need. Yolanda and Manuel, thank you for the generous welcome pack, the Chipiona wine is great! We appreciate very much the books about Chipiona, travel guides and the folder with plenty of information about what to see and what to do in the area. Yolanda is generous in giving help (Yolanda, thank you for helping us with buying knives). The location of apartments was great for us: the flat has a fabulous view of the ocean, we enjoyed buying fish in the port in the morning, you never feel hot due to the breeze from the ocean, it’s a several minutes walk from the central shopping area (we adored going for a walk and treating ourselves to fantastic yoghurt ice-cream). We would like to mention a unique amicable atmosphere in Chipiona, both local people and resort visitors are incredibly friendly. We miss Chipiona and La Barca and long-long sea-front to walk along a lot-a lot!
