The accommodation
Villa with garden and pool located 50 meters from the beach. All the dependencies of the house are located on a single floor. It consists of entrance hall, American kitchen with a very large dining room and living room. Then you have three double bedrooms, one of them with a double bed, and two other rooms with two single beds each.
the house has two complete bathrooms with shower.
Setting
The villa is located 50 meters from the sea, in a small urbanization next to a larger urbanization called Cap Roig. On the shore of the sea there is a beautiful restaurant called Perales, with a special charm.
Activities and attractions
In the area you can practice sea sports, fishing, diving etc.
A GR (hiking) runs 25 meters from the house.
The amusement park Port Aventura is 35 km away.
You can also play golf in a field located 8 km away.

Todo perfecto
La casa está muy bien, perfectamente equipada y decorada con gusto. Piscina excelente . Los propietarios muy amables.. Lo único que conviene señalar es que es imprescindible el coche para desplazarse, no dispone de ningún supermercado cerca y únicamente cuenta con el bar-restaurante perales a escasos metros.
