The accommodation

New duplex, terrace of 30 meters with sea and mountain views. There is a kitchen, a living room, a restroom and a dining room on the ground floor. On the first floor, you can find a bathroom and a bedroom with a balcony. On the top floow there is a 30 squared metres terrace facing the Mediterranean sea and some nearby mountains. There's free WiFi access everywhere in the house. It's equipped with air conditioning and heating systems.
The appartment is localted in a traditional fishing neighbourhood, 20 metres away from the beach. It is isolated from the noise of nearby establishments. Restaurants, cafes,bars, and supermarkets are reachable within a 100m ditance. There is a public library 40 m away. Historic center is around 3 kms way, it is accessible by buses wich come by every 5-10 minutes, or by walk along the Paseo Marítimo (seafront promenade). There are some mountain tracks nearby.
Magnificent place to enjoy the beach and the city of Malaga any time of year.

Setting

In a traditional fisherman area, in a walking street hardly some meters from the sea promenade. The area is plenty of leisure places. Possibility of renting bikes, of diving courses, of renting paddles surf tables. Bus from the center of Málaga every 5 min. Bus stop at 50 meters from the apartment. Nice terrace to breakfast in the morning or to take a beer in the evening.

Close to the beach. All kind of leisure activities, related with the sea and with the mountains. Plenty of restaurantes, chiringuitos where enjoy espetos de sardinas, breweries, and so on. The apartment is retired hardly some meters from the sea walking, whithout noises
