Welcome to Caepionis, our charming two-bedroom apartment located in the heart of Chipiona's historic center, just 150 meters from the Cruz del Mar beach. Its name pays homage to the Roman roots of the city, whose ancient name, Caepionis, gave rise to what we now know as Chipiona in Cádiz.

Here, history, modernity, and comfort intertwine to offer you a unique vacation experience. Chipiona is a place that has it all: from beaches with healing waters, rich in iodine and plankton, that revitalize the body, accompanied by exceptional cuisine. Just a few steps from Caepionis, you can explore the impressive Chipiona Lighthouse, the tallest in Europe, and the iconic Monastery of Regla. Additionally, you'll feel the presence of Rocío Jurado, the great voice of Chipiona, in every corner of this charming town.

Nothing should be left in the building’s patio or in the hallways (e.g., strollers, bikes, luggage, etc.), and access areas to the apartments and balconies should remain as clear as possible for everyone's comfort.
Clothes should not be hung out the windows; there are designated drying areas for this purpose.
Nothing should be thrown into the patio or onto the street.
Usual community rules apply, including maintaining quiet hours after 11 PM.
