The accommodation

The holiday home in Mas Pinell (Torroella de Montgri) has 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and and in the loft. Capacity for 4-5 persons.

Ask for the house with Wifi (not all have it) if it is important for you !!

Decorated bungalow of 46 m² and is fully equiped. It is near the pool. It is located 400 meters from the sandy beach of Mas Pinell the and it is located in a a family-friendly zone and in a suburb.

The accommodation is fully-equipped: garden with barbecue, garden furniture (including 2 sunbeds) , fully fenced parcel (low fence) with terrace.
There is air conditioning (heat/cold) in the living and dining room. Reasonable consumption to 15 kWh/day is included. The excess will be charged.

There is a communal swimming pool + children´s pool (open all year round), small children´s playground, one open-air car parking place reservated and tv (Spanish only with USB conection).

The vitroceramic (semi) open plan kitchen, is equipped with refrigerator/freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, dish washer, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine and toaster.

There is 1 bathroom with toilette and shower at the ground floor.
In case of rental outside the summer season (May to October), electricity is not included and the consumption will be deducted from damage deposit.

Setting

Discover everything that Mas Pinell has to offer. This is a quiet urbanisation on the seaside between the towns Pals and Estartit. It has an extensive beach with a view to the Medes islands which is not crowded, even in summer. The urbanisation Mas Pinell lies along the beach between Estartit and Pals. It is a quiet ubansation, especially well suited for families with children.
The houses are located near the town of Torroella de Montgri and L'Estartit (Girona - Costa Brava) in a private residential area and just 50 metres from the beach, surrounded by a protected natural park.
During the summer months (15 June - 15 September) the urbanisation offers facilities as a bar/restaurant with its pool and a beach bar. During the rest of the year, Mas Pinell is a place to seek peace and quiet, whilst still being close to all the amenities of the area.

The Costa Brava has been one of the leading regions in terms of tourism for more than a 100 years. The coast of Girona is known for its natural beauty, but also for the high quality of the cultural offers as well as the accommodations, without losing its authentic charm.
Here you will find beaches and coves with crystal clear water, traditional and avant-garde cuisine, medieval villages, nature parks, trails and roads, pitch & putt and golf, water sports, marinas, marine sanctuaries (Islas Medes), beautiful places to dive.. In short, a range of activities for all tastes.
Mas Pinells quiet and natural beauty encourage and facilitate a wide variety of cultural, sports and playful family activities. There is so much to do and so many places to visit in this area, you will never get bored. If you like sports, you can play golf, or go sailing, diving or just ride a bike. And if you like to visit places, you can always go to the city of Girona, or Peratallada, the Dali museum and many other beautiful and interesting places. Barcelona is just 1,5 hours drive away so you can easily make a day trip to that bustling city as well.
