The accommodation

The holiday home Daró 2D is an accommodation on one level, of 60 m², 2 bedrooms and capacity for 4or 5 people, furnished and fully equipped, in a residential community with communal area and pool, overlooks the garden.
It has a garden around the house oriented east, south and west and equipped with garden furniture, a safe area for children and pets (on request) since it is completely fenced. You can BBQ at the side of the house.
The living room has a TV (Spanish) and DVD player. The house is a few meters from the communal area.
The kitchen is separated and is equipped with hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee machine, mixer, washingmachine, crockery/cutlery and cooking utensils.
The bathroom has a bathtub and a toilet.

This house is ready to also be enjoyed in winter. It has electric radiators. If rent outside the summer season (October to May), electricity is not included and its consumption (0,22€/€) will be deducted from the damage deposit.

Setting

Discover everything that Mas Pinell has to offer. This is a quiet urbanisation on the seaside between the towns Pals and Estartit. It has an extensive beach with a view to the Medes islands which is not crowded, even in summer. The urbanisation Mas Pinell lies along the beach between Estartit and Pals. It is a quiet ubansation, especially well suited for families with children.
The houses are located near the town of Torroella de Montgri and L'Estartit (Girona - Costa Brava) in a private residential area and just 50 metres from the beach, surrounded by a protected natural park.
During the summer months (15 June - 15 September) the urbanisation offers facilities as a bar/restaurant with its pool and a beach bar. During the rest of the year, Mas Pinell is a place to seek peace and quiet, whilst still being close to all the amenities of the area.

The Costa Brava has been one of the leading regions in terms of tourism for more than a 100 years. The coast of Girona is known for its natural beauty, but also for the high quality of the cultural offers as well as the accommodations, without losing its authentic charm.
Here you will find beaches and coves with crystal clear water, traditional and avant-garde cuisine, medieval villages, nature parks, trails and roads, pitch & putt and golf, water sports, marinas, marine sanctuaries (Islas Medes), beautiful places to dive.. In short, a range of activities for all tastes.
Mas Pinells quiet and natural beauty encourage and facilitate a wide variety of cultural, sports and playful family activities. There is so much to do and so many places to visit in this area, you will never get bored. If you like sports, you can play golf, or go sailing, diving or just ride a bike. And if you like to visit places, you can always go to the city of Girona, or Peratallada, the Dali museum and many other beautiful and interesting places. Barcelona is just 1,5 hours drive away so you can easily make a day trip to that bustling city as well.
