It is a pleasure to offer you this old and typical country house, where the land has been used for many years for the family cultivation of fruit and vegetables.
Sa Tanca has been completely remodelled. It is perfectly equipped to be enjoyed both inside and outside with its swimming pool, barbecue, terraces, shaded areas and excellent views, where you can enjoy spectacular sunsets.
It also has all the comfort and appliances of a contemporary house, as well as Internet connection and Wi-Fi.
It has 2,300m2 of land for private use by tenants.

"Sa Tanca" is located 500 metres from Alaior, on the "Camí de sa Costa Blanca", a beautiful and quiet rural road, perfect for starting walks and excursions on foot or by bicycle. Its strategic location will allow you quick access to both the beaches and coves of the island and to Maó and its airport (15km).
In Alaior you can find all the services and a good cultural and gastronomic offer. Or simply enjoy a quiet walk through the narrow streets of its old town.

The stay was amazing! the house is new, clean and with fully-equipped kitchen. The garden is gorgeous with peach, lemon and medlar trees. There is everything you need for a spanish vacation :)
