We invite you for the best holidays on the Costa Brava just 10 minutes walk from the beautiful beach Sant Pol (S'Agaró) in a family friendly urbanization "Les Bateries". You will live in a magnificent private hi-tech house of new construction with garden, sea views, swimming pool and WIFI.
The property has a large garden with outdoor furniture, barbecue, sun loungers and a large table to enjoy the outdoors. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with all new and high quality appliances and with direct access to the pool area. On the top floor there is the living room with sofas, TV and PS3, it has direct access to a terrace with outdoor furniture and views to the town of Sant Feliu, mountain and pool.

The location is unbeatable; the house sands in between S'Agaró and Sant Feliu de Guíxols, about 30 minutes by car from Girona Airport and 1 hour from Barcelona. The connections can be made by train (Renfe) and bus (Sarbus) and then with the local bus of the town (Solerisauret) or Taxi.
Our beautiful region "Baix Emporda" offers to its guests a wide range of cultural, gastronomic, sports and leisure activities. On the same day you may visit our famous "Camí de Ronda", play a game of golf at the "Golf Costa Brava or Golf Mas Nou" make a stop for some tapas at "El Mercat de Sant Feliu". At night we invite you to go with the children to the "PP's park" (amusement park) of Platja d'Aro or you may have an ice cream while you take a walk through the town centre or the beach.
In July and August, near us, different events and outdoor festivals are organized, such as: Porta Ferrada Festival, Cap Roig Festival or the Jazz concerts on Platja d'Aro beach.
