Apartment of 2 bedrooms. To I peeped of beach (Property Deprived with access to Beach and to the Avda. Of Seville). Doorman by day and by night(in the daytime and by night). Electronic doorman. 2 Elevators for portal. 4 º tread with wonderful on conference to the sea and to the Maritime Walk.Direct descent to the Beach with Elevator.

In the best site(place) and the best beach of the Coast of Cadiz (Beach of the Rib. Building The Rib) .4-6 squares(seats), in the lounge there is 1 sofa bed marriage(couple) and also it(he,she) possesses(relies on) a pub - bed supplementary. 2 baths, terrace, air conditioning in lounge, good equipped and decorated, placed in the best zone of the city. Nearby places: 1 km from the sports port, 2 km equestrian center, 1 km school of scuba diving, 2 Km pinegroves and gangplanks close to the sea.
Optional parking (to (ask). Pets are not allowed.

The apartment is really close to the beach. From the exit on the groundfloor just 20 m then stairs down to the promenade. Great for those that wish to spent their vacation on the beach, get tanned and enjoy the water. On the other hand the beach is kept clean early in the morning by special machines and this is quite noisy.If you wake up easily by noise you should consider also other apartments. To the other side you are already on a street where you find a lot of restaurants and other shops. Good, if you look for an agile environment. If you look for insularity and a calm place for meditation or paint pictures there probably will be better places. Parking is hard - but very hard, I would say impossible on streets close to the appartment. Book a garage also, come without a car or accept walks of 10-15 Minutes to your car. If you come on saturday evening you will relly get mad because the streets are also blocked by all the people that went out for party. The living room is furnished in not the most modern way. I would say it´s typical for a traditional spanish middle-class. In one of the two bathrooms there must have been deposits in the drains that caused some smell. This can be solved and should be solved. We finally used only one of the two bathrooms. The kitchen was more or less clean. Could be better but was acceptable. We took that easy and had a wunderful week in Rota there.

Desde mediados de Julio hemos instalado un Ascensor que baja directo al Paseo marítimo, sin necesidad de bajar escaleras (por si alguien está impedido). También existe otro ascensor para el acceso a la Avenida que da al centro. Las máquinas que limpian la playa por la mañana lo hacen a primera hora en verano pues es evidente que no pueden hacerlo a otra hora, pero no son tan ruidosas. En el anuncio se facilita una plaza de garaje pegada al edificio de la que puede hacer uso por un justo precio. Incluso se ofrece al llegar, pero si no la aceptas, es lógico que en temporada alta, el fin de semana y a pié de playa no se encuentre aparcamiento fácilmente. Se ha enviado a un fontanero para ver el problema que comentó el viajero y todo está en orden, se debería a que estaba todo cerrado y sin uso durante unos días. Muchas gracias por su comentario y espero hayan disfrutado de la estancia. ------------------------------------------------- In English: From middle of Julio we have installed an Elevator that goes down directly to the maritime Walk, without need to lower stairs (for if someone is unfit). Also another elevator exists for the access to the Avenue that gives to the center. The machines that clean the beach in the morning do it in the first hour in summer since it is evident that they cannot do it at another hour, but they are not so noisy. In the advertisement there is facilitated a parking lot stuck to the building which it can use for a just Price. Even it offers on having come, but if you do not accept it, it is logical that in high season, the weekend and to I peeped of beach one does not find parking easily. A plumber has been sent to see the problem on that the traveler commented and everything is in order, it should to that it was quite closed and without use for some days. Thank you very much for his comment and I wait they have enjoyed the stay.
