A nice apartment close to the sea

The accommodation

We rent an apartment in a very nice urbanization San Marino in the area of la Veleta in Torrevieja. It is a very quiet place and is located near two sandy beaches: Los Naufragos, El Acequión. The center of Torrevieja is a 20-minute walk away. there is Lidl in 5 minutes walk from the apartment.
The apartment is located on the first floor of the 11-storey building. There is a swimming pool for children and for adults, green area for the use of the clients in the urbanization. The apartment has two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a large terrace overlooking to the pool and the green areas of the urbanization. The living room is furnished with modern style furniture and has a sofa bed, a dining table with 4 chairs, a Smart TV. From the living room you can get to the terrace - furnished with a large table for 6 persons and for the hot days there is a refrigerator to store the drinks. In the large room there is a double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers. In the small room are two single beds and a wardrobe.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a pleasant holiday. There is a fridge, a washing machine, a ceramic hob, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster. There are dishes, glasses, cups, pots and pans to be able to enjoy your cooking. Unfortunately the oven is not provided in the apartment. There is air conditioner only in the living room.
The apartment is in an area very close to hospitals, shopping malls, adventure parks.
