The accommodation

Our new built dream-villa has 165 sqm of living space, 4 lovely guest rooms, 3 bathrooms (one of them ensuite), well-equipped kitchen with American fridge freezer with ice cube and fresh water dispenser, dishwasher and open living-dining area, 55“ SONY Smart-TV, nice pool, well maintained outdoor facilities and a huge, completely private sea view roof terrace with sun chairs for chilling + free WIFI.

Our wonderful villa is 170 m close to the sea. A stair leads there from the rocky coast directly in the water, from where you can swim.
Along the quiet coast lane nice restaurants, cafés and bars invite you to have a drink or two by favorable prices and offer a fantastic sea view. Enjoy Spanish hospitality! Drive comfortably by bike the 1.5 kilometers up to Es Trenc Beach and save the parking fees (round the corner at our place there is bicycle rental). It takes you only 4 minutes by bike to get to THE beach, the Es Trenc… What else do you need for a perfect vacation?
If you enjoy lonelyness, there is a small, hidden natural beach in a nature reserve real close to our place - we tell you with pleasure where to find it ;-)

Setting

Sa Ràpita is located in the south of the island just half an hour away from the Airport Palma de Mallorca. The small mallorquin fishermen village is close to Es Trenc, one of the most beautiful beaches of Europe. He is valid as the Caribbean of Europe: the sea is turquoise-coloured and the sandy beach is incredibly white and fine.
