The accommodation

On 120 sqm the apartment with its three beautiful bedrooms with its own balcony offers space for six people.
Despite the central location, the apartment is very quiet in a side street.
Shopping, eating out or just going to the café you can in the immediate vicinity. You can walk to the historic old town in 5 minutes, to the beach or the harbor promenade in 15 minutes.

The living room
The very large living room with 40 SQM offers plenty of space to rest. The fully equipped holiday kitchen offers everything necessary for cooking. Coffee machine, water cooker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher and a gas stove with electric oven are available. The dining area is located next to the kitchen in the living room.
The apartment is renovated and has fast internet, air conditioning and a large screen TV. You reach the third floor comfortably in the elevator. With the door intercom system you can also see on a screen who you want to visit.
On the balcony to the yard you can dry your towels and laundry well. The washing machine is in the bathroom.
The fans on the bedroom ceilings are very quiet and comfortable to sleep when it is very warm. With the air conditioning in the main area you can cool down the entire living area pleasantly.

Setting

Access for guests
They have the entire apartment for themselves. There is only one apartment on the floor. Overall, there are only four parties in the house, all of which are very nice and know that we rent to guests.
Interaction with guests
We are mostly not on the spot. A very dear couple, Leidy and Cristofer take care of everything. You will get the keys and they will help if there is something to help. Of course we are also always available.

We would be very pleased if you handled all things in the apartment carefully.

The neighborhood
Vero Y Kai is located in Alacant, Comunidad Valenciana, Spain.
Alicante is a small city. It has everything that makes a big city and is pleasantly small and clear. At any time of the year, there are cultural, culinary and other leisure activities.
The apartment itself is so central that you do not need a car, except, you also want to explore the wider area of Alicante mobile. The restaurants, bars and cafes extend from the apartment, through the entire center, through the historic old town down to the harbor. Shopping miles also start right outside the door.
The main advantage of this apartment is that it is located nevertheless very quiet in a small side street. Due to the height of the third floor, it is quite quiet and bright.
For the beach fans: The very nice and long city beach is about 12 minutes walk to reach. Highly recommended is the beach at San Juan, the mobile in 10 minutes reachable or in about 30-40 minutes with the air-conditioned tram.

In 2 minutes you can reach Avda bus station. Alfonso X el Sabio. From there you can get to the main station and the airport, or in the other direction to the great beaches.
The main railway station is also within walking distance in about 12-15 minutes.
The airport is about 20 minutes by car, taxi costs around 24, - € and bus (about 40 minutes) 3.80 €.
