Mirador das Areas is a unique refuge in a small rural village of stone houses and has a privileged location, facing the sea, in the protected area of ​​Baldaio Razo.
Walk down to the beach through the paths among the dunes, which are practically in front of the house, it is a real pleasure.

It is a very quiet area, really feels like you are in another era, but with the comforts of modern life, good communication mobile, WIFI ... and stunning views of the sea from the house.
It has approximately 130 m2 in total, spread over 3 floors. And an outside area of ​​about 25 or 30 m2. A few meters from the house is the parking area and garden, also with beautiful views of the entire natural area and the coastal mountains.

On the ground floor is the kitchen-living room with fireplace in an open space and a small toilet. From the ground floor exits to the small garden terrace with a small pool (plunge pool) approx. 3m x 3.5m and 1m deep. From the plunge pool and the garden is a beautiful panoramic view of the sea, golf and beach dunes.
The plunge pool has a security fence, which prevents access to children if parents do not want.
Outside there is also a small barbecue.

Upstairs there is a suite with full bathroom with shower and a beautiful bath, and gives them a gallery with sea views from the ground floor (from the bed and shower see the sea !! )
The upstairs has another small room that is intended as children's room or single room if it is for adults, which is part of a family suite which is located on the penthouse floor. Also with bathroom, the shower. This room also has the same spectacular sea views (tb from the bed and the shower is the sea !!) and also it opens onto a terrace with fantastic views.

The whole structure of the house is noble wood floors and reclaimed stone walls, we have given an air current respecting the natural identity of the house.

El Mirador das Areas is a very special house with all amenities, is a boutique house facing the sea, in a small village, next to Razo, Cambre, about 500 m from the beach (actually about 350 m or more they are dune), in fact the beach is reached by a path through the dunes is almost opposite the house.
