A detached house built on a 900 m2 plot, garden with lawn, trees, 8 x 4´5 swimming pool and barbecue. It is situated 150 m. and from the sandy beach "L´Almadrava" and 500 m. from Calafat marina.

The house consist of a living room with sofa bed which opens to a covered terrace with garden furniture, an open plan kitchen, two double bedrooms, one of them with sea views, one bathroom with bath, one twin bedroom and one bathroom with shower.

It has kitchen utensils, a dinner service, glasses, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and coffee maker.

Setting

It is situated 150 m. and from the sandy beach "L´Almadrava" and 500 m. from Calafat marina.
In Calafat there is a supermarket, a coffee/backer, 3 restaurants, paddle court, ... and 7km. from the village L'Ametlla de Mar, where there are more shops, banks, …

L'Ametlla de Mar is a beautiful fishing village, located on the Costa DORADA.
can be found from pristine coves and blue flag beaches, ideal places for family holidays.

You can do many water sports such as scuba diving, and there are companies where you can rent jet skis or boats
It also exists along the entire coast a path called GR-92 for Hikers.

Just 30 minutes to the south we will find the natural reserve of the Ebro Delta and to the north we will find Salou, Cambrils and the theme park Port Aventura.
